I was pleasantly personally served. Great customer service in every way! My questions about baby carrying were answered very quickly with seriousness and kindness, which made me able to order with confidence through their website. I bought the BellyCoat Jacket Extender + Extension and I'm happy with the quality. The fasteners are stainless steel and attach well to all my coats (even those of dad!). My Bellycoat allows me to simply enjoy the winter in Quebec keeping baby warm (just put a hat, a scarf and slippers and go!). I love the versatility of this product! This is good news that deserves to be shared to encourage Canadian trade.
